Why did my "Success Rate" decrease?

You already reached 100% in step 1. You may enter step 2.

What is the difference between steps 1 & 2?

Step 1: It can ensure you have the opportunity to participate in the luck draw when it reaches 100%. Step 2: It can increase your bonus. More rate, more bonus.

How to claim the rewards?

It will be auto-sent to your account. You can claim it on the “Bonus” page. You can only claim it when the value > 1.
